Previous meter reading is not detected from this month bill

Last time we got billed amount sent via sms only the amt that was INR1989 for march-april and the meter reading was not send with this sms nor anyone came from the electricity board to check the meter reading and now for month may-jun they had send the hard copy of bill with INR 4500 around and they do had came this time to check the meter then my question is last time they didn't came to check the meter reading then how come they had send...

Power outages

I stay at noblenagar, ahmedabad and i am facing power outages every day. Since the last three days, we are facing power outages almost every day. At this time when we are in the middle of the coronavirus crisis and we are scared of losing our jobs, i am not able to work at all because we are on wfh and this company is cutting power everyday. If we lose our jobs because of this, will the government give us free food?...

Worst Customer Care

I wish we had an option to choose between the electricity providers!

We have Two electricity providers in Ahmedabad..
1. AEC
2. GEB.

I run a small software company in Ahmadabad and unfortunately, my office falls under GEB area.

Issues
1. No prior announcement of electricity cut.
2. Worst Customer care who simply hang up without listening.
3. They never answer...

I have a connection in Gujarat Electricity Board,
At one time I found the one code comes in meter, GEB has taken my meter and send it to lab and told that you have done theft of power. and disconnected my connection and gave bill which amount I have not received yet. so I want to clear this case asap as I have not done any kind of power theft ,but become victim....

not taking care of electricity wire in the area of my industry

i am patel mahendrabhai vitthalbhai,
i want to complaint about the services of gujarat electricity board.
i m doing small business in the area of mahudha-dakor road near to village balol, in my industry land from the last four weeks the electric wire is landed on my land...
i had already put complain in nearest GEB board but no one is taking care of that and no is come to repair that wire.....br...

POOR ELECTRICITY SUPPLY

Dear Sir,

This is regarding poor electricity supply given by Gujarat Electricity Board.

Previously we were staying in sabarmati where we were getting electricity supply of Torrent Power. Now we are living in chandkheda(subhash nagar) and unluckly we are getting power supply of GEB.

comperatively GEB's service is very much poor and we are fed up of it. In hot summer day lights go off, in rainy...
