I agree with Ramandeep. We face the same issues in Avakar Bunglows located Nr Park Avenue, Chandkheda. GEB agreed to provide 24hr electricity supply but i dont even remember they have provided 24hr power supply for a single week.

We face power cut every day. Also its keep fluctuating. Sometimes it too high and with in few min it decreases and again the same process. Every morning they cut power for 1 or 2 min which nearly destroyed my inverter and computer.Its really frustrating.

How can we overcome this situation. They never take care of any complaints.

I have a major complaint regarding the power failure in areas where GB supply's electricity. I live in Vesu (Surat-Gujarat).
I used to live at Bhatar Road earlier, where I never faced the problem of power cut.
Since I have shifted to Vesu where GB supplies electricity I have been consistently facing the problem of power cut.
I am writing this mail on behalf of all the consumers, who too are frustrated with the problem.
We just don't seem to understand this system of SHUT DOWN. Torrent Power doesn't have such a system!
I would be highly obliged if you take some reasonable steps to solve the problem.

We have shifted to Vesu Area of SURAT CITY, we used to stay at parle point where torrent power was supplying us the electricity and there was no issues with power cut or power failures and we used to get constant supply of electricity 24*7*365, but in vesu the situation has been worse, I mean it seems as if we are living in some village area and it seems as if we have been pushed back 10 years with the number of power failures. I mean 2 days of power cut in a week, is this really growth happening...? After buying such expensive property in the most posh area of Surat and the most lavish locality, this is how the occupants and the consumers will be treated...? If GEB can not resolve this power failure rates, request the government to hand it over to private sector so atleast we can have better services.

Hope some one responsible person can ready the plight and cries of the consumers and help them resolve the issues, and make the locality a pleasurable place to stay.

Gujarat Electricity Board — often electricity cut

Here in my area Navsari there is so much problem of electricity. there is often cut and no warning and nothing. it just get off any time. I found daily once or twice there is cut. And every Monday it goes off for almost 10 hours. literal disappointment. I am fed up with it. I can not do any of my online task.

Even I face the similar issue with GB in Vesu... power cut and also high and low voltage issue... which blasts my electrical appliances...

Here we live in Bhimpore near dumas choppati. here we face less amount of electricity due to which many of my electronics application get damaged please do something regarding this. we didn't get a perfect voltage at our home. At time of 4:00 pm to 3:00 am power became too low even my AC didn't get started du to this.. please do something and we pay 7000 bill for nothing.
