Gujarat Gas — after time period connection not complete

I applied for my home new gas connection dt. 18/09/2017 at gujarat gas limited, surat office and i also paid Rs. 9158/- dt . 18/09/2017 and my consumer no is[protected]. and companys executive said me within 90 days your connection will be done but today after 9 months no take any action by gujarat gas company. i have many time visit at surat office but nobody can say satisfied answer.
