Despite having active PNG connection in my building, I am struggling to get the connection to my flat, since last one year. I have paid the initial payment on 23.04.2025. It's almost one year passed, but still I am waiting.

I have received an invoice R[protected] dt; 26/02/2025 with an amount of Rs. 1378 including minimum gas consumption (10.496 unit) charges Rs. 490.05 + 18% GST. At that time, I was not at home. Gujarat Gas Limited is deliberately using a faulty system to cough up more money from domestic consumers.
For all House Close meter reading events, company supplies regular minimum bills and levy money. And when meter is read during subsequent visit, company charges for gas consumption based on difference from the last meter reading - which might have occurred sometimes 6-9 months back.

I paid bill twice.
November 2022 bill amount: 1540 rs
Which i paid on 4th December 2022 as soon as i got bill, i paid. But mistakenly again today on 28th December 2022, I paid that as if i forgot before to pay.
So basically, i paid twice. So it will be compassionate in next bill or you will refund that same amount in same bank account?

I have received new bill dtd.19.10.2021 with late fee charge Rs.75 & previous remaining payment Rs. 340/-
I am oldest customer of Gujarat Gas co. ltd.
in past never paid bill after due date. Also previous bill dtd. 17.08.2021, bill no. R[protected] whose last date of payment is 07.09.2021 which is online paid on last date 07.09.2021 . Now I contact your billing clerk at Adajan main office...

But nothing is came out .so pl change pipe line without further delay. We being a cinior citizens of india frusted due to delay and we loosing rs 2000 per day as my construction work is badly delay.thanks...

I've registered complain regarding the connection in surat office for 4 times.

They have done the line fitting at the venue but not giving gas connection.

I've personally visit the office and what i've asked was we've less man power and we'll do it in a week and now its 3 to 4 months.

No reply from your surat

Worst service!

Today I visited to Gujarat gas authorized CNG pump which is in Bardoli near Milano on kadodra Bardoli highway.
The issue n fraud the filler does is he keeps the balance with him inspite of asking him for remaining balance he ignored me and said "so what if it is 2 rs" and I said "I need my 2 rs" he said "it's night charges and all have to give else don't come here from next timge."
The matter is not 2 rs the matter is his ways...
