Gujarat Gas — connection not done

Dear sir,
I have booked new domestic gas connection for my house kitchen antalia, bilimora, gujarat wide registration number customer id.[protected] dated 24/11/2017 recipt no 27355 with full payment paid. Application no.30091085
At the time of booking new connection the booking person verbally committed for 3 to 4 months for installation of this connection, but after 6 months this domestic gas connection is not installed till date. After several times visited after 4 months to bilimora office they are giving next date only.
