Gujarat Gas — Delay in getting new connection

Hello, I had applied for new gas connection on 04 Nov 20. But till now no steps are taken from your side for issuing a new connection.My parents are very old and they are somehow managing with gas cylinders as, I am serving in armed forces so I am out of station since November. Request if the new connection can be issued by next month.
