I have applied for new gas connection on 18th may 2018 and it has been over 90 days but i have not received connection yet. Many complaints regarding the same have been made to customer care and on the site itself but no proper response was given. Please see to this matter urgently as it is becoming very difficult to live without proper gas connection. I am facing undue hardship and it is highly unprofessional on the part of gujarat gas limited to not listen and solve complaints and this type of behaviour is highly unacceptable Was this information helpful? Customer no.[protected] bill no. R[protected] dt. 29-Aug-2018 present reading 1357.00, last reading 1212.000 but actually present reading is 1252.000 please check the attachment. Please raise the new bill as per actually reading.

Iam not getting any bills of my gas connection since i took the connection.
So kindly see to the problem and solve it.
Gas connection was approved to me since 2017 december approx. In 1st week.
