Gujarat Gas — Gas connection Is not active

My ticket Id is [protected]. I have requested on Friday to activate the gas connection on urgent basis. But your guys have not activated the connection. Alos they have closed ticket on Wednesday without resolving my issue. I have called every day to your guys and they have asked me today our engineer will be coming but still he is no coming.

This is your bad response from your guys. Please suggest for this.
