Gujarat Gas — Gas connection Pending since July 2022

Hello Gujrat Gas,
I booked gas pipeline on July 2022 but still Gas pipeline is not connected to my Flat. I called 30+ times to Gujrat Gas Customer Care, they Told we are raising request to upper management, Gas Pipeline connection will be done within 10days, I get same message every time but still connection not done at my home. I also visited 10-11 times to Gujrat Gas office Vasai, they told every time Gas connection will done within 10 days at every time, but still not done. It's already 1year 1 month passed plz do the needful.

I am waiting for your reply. My request is plz do ASAP.
