My Customer id is[protected]. I have applied for new connection. The supervisor who visited for connecting the Meter at my residence didn't have manners to speak to women and senior citizens. Also he threatened us by saying if you want to take gas connection then take it or else leave it.
Also after asking him to connect the meter he mentioned he would do the same as per his and his mens convenience. This is very rude and pathetic behaviour of the supervisor which was been sent here. Didn't expect such kind of service from such a reputed organization in India where an employee who does not know how to speak with there customers. Was this information helpful? |
