We bought an unused flat in from builder. the builder was allotted consumer number and meter was also installed with a red cap on it as connection was not yet activated.
Now we have moved in the house and we registered a complaint with the toll free number on 26.09.2022 for sending service technicians and activate the meter.
We have been staying without gas supply since a month now and there is absolutely no reply from the company regarding the same as to when technicians will come visit the house and activate the connection.
Toll free executive Ms. Manali patel was totally incompetent to revert and just gave a fixed reply " we do not know when person will visit, we cannot give any further information ".
Its frustrating when such a huge company is not able to activate connection which is infact going to increase their sales.
