Aa/2017/1437271, bearing our customer no.[protected], iin the name of bharti bharat tulsiani, c - 402, four seasons aptt., opp. Hotel ginger, piplod, behind govardhan haveli, surat - 395007.

You are very kindly requested to do the needful in the matter & oblige, as we wish to go in our new residence for permenant residing in the 1st week of august, 2018.
