Gujarat Gas — new geyser connection work pending

We applied new geyser point connection at our home payment done at 02/11/2017 till now 22/07/2018 no any action taken and work pending

We call customer care center bilimora
They answer irresponsible.

In summer they said you no need hot water to bath

And they also said we have no plaster done at home our home is rcc and and all wall have plaster complete

We have kitchen gas connection point already exists

I have gas connection of Gujarat gas but problem is that in my home gas pipeline gas force was not proper.so please I have very troubling for that, and help me out this things, do need full as soon as possible.ple contact me on my number when u come, number is [protected]
