Gujarat Gas — New gujarat gas my society 40 connection

Address:Shiv Shakti Paradise, setelite road, yamuna chock,mota Varachha,surat

I have got a connection for 40 flats in my society but the chief officer of Surat Adajan of Gujarat Gas is saying that I will get 100% residence after getting it and I have been in the office for 6 months but am not hearing anything.
