I have made payment on 25/10/2017 at your pardi office with cash receipt for extension of geasor points with application number[protected] and my mobile number is [protected] but till to date (25/02/22019) after completion of 1 year 4 month there is no action taken from your side.

Can you able to resolve it on higher and urgent priority and let me know when this mater will be closed.

Updated by bhd1818 let me know what is your duty after receipt of payment have you ever check in last one year what is the pending work in your office how many complains are pending since more then one year

do you have any record about pending work
