Gujarat Gas — Still gas line pending

I had applied for connection 26/8/22.
Still connection not received. Visited office many times but they say it will come next month. Now it's more than 6 month still line not installed.For special people they have availability of material and contractor but for normal people they don't have. Please resolve it or I have to go for consumer forum.
