Gujarat Technological University — About Fee Payment

My money was deducted from account 4 times for the fee payment of winter exam form 2020 sem 5. When i do payment for fees i tried for first time and they say that session time exceeded and second time also same and third time they said that no valid user session. But payment of 850 was deducted all the times. So how can i get my money back. Please help me. My Enrollment Number Is[protected]. My mobile number is [protected].
