Mene form bhara tha convocation fees ka 1 st time success huwa tha money bank me se cut ho gai thi but portal pe fail bata raha tha so i have try 2nd time and 2nd time successfully money debited my account and portal pe bi successfully ho gaya lekin money to 2 bar cut huwi so 1st time wali refund my money plz i request to gtu
