Gujarat Technological University — Convocation payment failed and deducted money

I filled convocation form of diploma in GTU website on 06/12/2020 and had done a payment of RS 300. The payment failed and money was also deducted. And the convocation hasn't filled yet. So i tried calling on GTU helpline number but no one is answering the phone. The order number : CON992295.
