Gujarat Technological University — I am complaining about convocation fail payment fess not received back

1st time i do payment for convocation 2020 so amount debited from my bank account but in payment status they show it's un successful and as per rules i watch for 5-6 days but it's still un successful so i paid 2nd time and it's success but as per your guidelines payment get back within a 30 days but i still not get back i pay my 1st payment on 9th December 2020
so i request for refund as soon as possible
