Here, I am complaining about the failed transaction while paying the fees of transcript. My transaction was failed but money debited from bank account. Then, I mailed the GTU for repayment my momey but still they don't give any response about this, even when i was talked about this matter in my surat zone office then even they gave me a wrong email address.
