Gujarat Technological University — Money got cut from my bank account but the status failed on the gtu website

I was applying for the reassessment of diploma sem 5 for 2 subjects which costed me for about 750 rupees.
Money got cut from my account but the status showed fail on the gtu website.

I haven't received the money back which got cut. Please help me refund it as soon as possible.
