Gujarat Technological University — reassessment problem

Sir my name is bhatiya yashkumar ratilal. Formerly i was studying in gec bhuj in the first year. I have transferred to ld college of engineering in my second year. I have given my exam of second semester in gec bhuj. But i got backlog in one of the subject so i wanted to give it for reassessment. But there is a problem in password and my details. Please help me with this as early as possible.
