Subject: a very serious complaint against the professor of the gujarat university mr. Pradeep prajapati who intentionally kept personal animosity, by adding unnecessary and objectionable words in point no. 5 and point no.7 in the legal format of my transfer certificate and by creating difficult obstructed circumstances for me of not getting admission anywhere thus my academic career destroyed.

Reference: in reference of as mentioned dates in the applications of the copies of correspondences for obtaining transfer certificate[protected]/08/2019).

As per the above mentioned subject and as per the reference i would like to inform you, i am divyang (Blind and the past student of msw course of the department of social work of the gujarat university. From 2016 to present day, i have been tortured physically and mentally and suffered a lot financially by the professor of the gujarat university mr pradeep prajapati and from each other's involvement in fulfilling each other's personal purposes with the back support of the other authorities vice chancellor himanshu pandya, registrar piyush m patel, the members of the enquiry committee and the executive council and the academic council digvijaysingh gohil, vanrajsingh chavda and dhrumil patel of the gujarat university. All the members of mentioned names are fully directly and indirectly responsible for destroying my academic career. From 2017 to till now, only on the excuse of investigation of an inquiry committee my academic career was destroyed. Not satisfied with this, pradeep prajapati destroyed my academic career by adding unnecessary and objectionable words in point no. 5 and point no. 7 in my transfer certificate. The fake and incorrect informationof of "he is partially blind" is written in the point no. 5 of the transfer certificate and the fake and incorrect informationof of "because of his unpunctuality, immorality and misdeeds academic council of gujarat university has resolved to take serious actions against him considering the recommendations of the enquiry committee. Hence this transfer certificate issue subject to the actions taken by the university against him" is written in the point no. 7 of the transfer certificate. The information provided and written in the point no 5 and 7 of the transfer certificate is totally fake and incorrect informations because as per the rules and guidelines of the who and rpwd act 2016, i have new blindness certificate. Apart from this, i also have many other evidences against this professor pradeep prajapati, which proves that this professor destroys students academic career by keeping personal animosity with the students. Like me, many female and male students and professors have made many serious complaints against this professor pradeep prajapati, which is available on record at gujarat university and at many police stations and not only that, many other bad disputed incidents and serious complaints against this professor pradeep prajapati was published in the newspapers and was shown in the news channels all the disputed informations against this professor mr pradeep prajapati are available in youtube channels and in the past reputed newspapers. Despite such serious complaints against this professor pradeep prajapati, no action was taken against this professor by gujarat university. Instead of taking any serious actions against this professor mr pradeep prajapati he is being protected by the gujarat university authorities.

I have complained about the serious issue of my transfer certificate against professor pradeep prajapati of gujarat university in several places but my complaint has not been given serious attention from anywhere, due to which this professor is getting encouraged to do more bad things so i humbly request you please my complaint should be taken seriously because my academic career is completely destroying due to which i am unable to get the admission at anywhere. You are requested to order gujarat university authorities for correction o[censored]nnecessary and objectionable words added to point no. 5 and point no. 7 of my transfer certificate. And i request you to stop pradeep prajapati from misusing his power. Otherwise, the academic careers of many students like me will be destroyed, who are raising their voice for justice.

So please immediately solve this serious problem which is intentionally created on the basis of power by the professor pradeep prajapati. I sincerely hope that this serious problem will be removed by paying full attention to it.

I have filled the whole form, no field is left empty. Still there is an error showing which says : please, select month & year of examination, not date of issue of marksheet

Please explain to me where to enter the month and address of the examination if there is no field to enter into.

What kind of a stupid institute is this. To that a person have to hassle so much to just fill a simple form.

Im study in b. Sc sem 1 and my college is president science college.
Im student of gujarat university.
Im cancel my admission after 25 day my colleag is not refund my money.
The rules o[censored]gc you can cancel your admission in 30 day college give 50 percent refund money.
Please help four refund my money by rules o[censored]gc.

Documents verification and transcript issue from gujarat university has became nightmare for the student as it consume so much time and money and still not accurate for the international organization like wes (World education society). The process of document verification is very lengthy and costly and mainly the transcripts have no proper format and international organization always re verify the documents as when it comes from gujarat university.

Suggestion for the updated process :
1) look at the gtu operates they are very professional and well formed interms of documents which never rejects by any international organizations.
2) do process online and short the process timings (Remove college verification as university have data of student from enrollment number).

I have completed m. A in english from j. M chaudhary college in the year of 2014.

As my knowledge we know study certificate is receive at home but i not received any courier or post at home.

Now since last three years i came to your gujarat university office but they only provide us after three or four month date.

No exact date is provided by your department.

Kindly provide us detail how can i get my education certificate.

Sir vide appln. No.[protected], id igaetjsmx5 rs. 260 online fee paid in time but due to upload of fifth semester marksheet and on 1/6/2019 again vide link again application online submitted. But remark says already registered vide no. [protected] and fees not acceptable. Where as from telephonic phone it was informed to fee again., which is surprise. I want to know the exact special convocation date of year 2019. I call many times to gujarati university and they answered to daily check news paper for convocation date.
In website they wrote special convocation held in month of march but such no convocation happens in month of march.
Please follow your rules and regulation that you wrote in website.
I want to go for another country but due to not having degree certificate not able to go.

XICA department of St. Xavier's Ahmadabad is mentally harassing students constantly. Teachers hold grudges against students, they go through our private stuff. Telling my personal experience here one particular teacher went through my bag said i quote "I'm looking for chocolates"
She took out everything i was carrying and asking weird questions about them,
"Why you carrying charger"
"Why you carrying earphones"
"Why you need this why you need that"
This is just the tip of the iceberg, they don't treat us like human beings.
Talk with students in very ### up way using languages like "Tu apna kaam kar na be".
Father Johnson of XICA never being available to talk. Half of the time i have gone to talk to him about an issue he isn't available or leaves without even listening to the problems. I haven't gotten solution to any of my complaints in my 2 year college life.
None of teachers know what syllabus to follow
None of the teachers can come to the decision what syllabus to use for AT/KT exams.
Ask money for every god damn thing.
You have to pay for even doing a small mistake as forgetting your id card, in cash on the spot or you won't sit in exam.
These all are just things which i could explain over a written complain
If just someone hears me or any other student of XICA out their true standard will come out which is very very cheap.

Photo in the degree is not mine its of another person how can u do this silly mistake please becareful while you are doing this important work. Due to your mistake i have to suffer from so many trouble becuase i want to go abroad for further study and it will be delay becuase of your mistake. I dont have enough time for this correction and also i am from another city. How can i solve this problem and after this it will also take long time to go through this process

Respected sire have applied for my degree certificate on nov 2018 but it is almost 5 months that i have not received any certificate and notification of any issuing of the same. I am also a holder of gold medal in md medicine exam held in 2016 and due to my ongoing dm course i was not able to attend the convocation. Kindly see by the complaint urgently

First tell me what is gujarat university? Now what the value of gujarat university tell me, i had given b.com 3 sem exam and the result that i had kt in one subject and i applied for rechecking form before 12-15 days ago and they told that result will come on 5 march 2019. But still now not received and than i visited gujarat university and they said apply the kt exam and kt exam will be on 12 march 2019.
Authorised person tell me how's it possible before receiving my rechecking result? They told me will give you kt exam? Sir it is very unresponsible person at gujarat university, authorised person it is shame on you, most senior person always says that youth are our future but in your responsiblity it is not possible, you and only you authorised person responsible to destroy your own university's student. If your child is on this condition than you will realise. Please do something otherwise will take some serious step.

I have filled online application form for degree certificate for covocation that is to be held in december 2018. I have made payments 3 times but still i am not getting any confirmation mail. After the payment the site does not redirect me to the confirmation page too. Since today 28 november 2018 was the last day to submit the application. Please provide me with the solution to my problem. Thank you.

I fill the form of degree certificate (M.com-reg) yesterday at 8'o clock pm. I clear all step of processing then last i go to pay fees rs. 260/- then i deduct the money of 260/- from my bank, but i cant get confirmation of my degree certificate. It shows we are getting wrong detail etc. I request you to get back my money or refund.

I have paid 260rs for to gujarat univesity as convocation fees on 17/11/18.
At that time website was too slow as i have entered my card otp and clicked on pay website was crashed.
Amount was deducted from my account but is was not shown to my application for convocation.
Which was done for eduction / b. Ed (Samester system) -2018 / seat number 02230.
I have to pay 2nd time to complete fees and formality for convocation requesting you to proceed for refund of dispute amount.

I registerd for degree certificate on 24 march 2018 but still i did not receive certificate. I also paid online fees i tried to commercial with university person but they did not give response prooerly. What is the reason for that? I put my certificate for degree lisence. My application number is

University ki website mai degree certificate ke liye details upload nhi ho rhi hai.. Site can't reasched aisi error aa rhi hai. And last date 20.11 hai to ab kya ho skta hai. Koi other options hai kya...? Iske liye university call kr rhe hai koi receive nhi kr rha hai call.. Ab iske baad date change hogi ya nhi ya fir website me kub upload kr skte hai...???

I have changed my name in b.com sem 2... N then i changed my. College n even my marksheet was correct.. And fullfilled all. My details with my correct spelling. Of my name.. But in hall ticket still. My name is incorrect now what shoul hud i do to correct the same in hall ticket so plz suggest me what least i can do. To correct it before my exam so that my report card should be with correct name

I have filled my degree form and also did the payment. I have also uploaded the marksheet, photo and aadhar card. Even while uploading i can see my aadhar card photo but in main pdf form of degree i can't see my aadhar card photo. It is showing me unavailable. It was uploaded as asked having jpg format. Please reply back as soon as possible as degree form dates are going to end.
