Gujarat University — error in marksheet

There is a error in my marksheet regarding the economics subject its show absent there where as actually i was present in the exam which i appeared in the month of April 2018 my seat number is 6174 i have contacted the respective authorities and provided all the necessary documents they asked still they have not provided my marksheet please take immediate action to this and help me this as i have to appear in various examinations which requires the final semester marks which i have to provide there so please make sure it is resolved within a week
