Gurgaon Traffic Police — unjustified towing of my car and charging 600 inr as fine

Respected Sir,

Reaching out to you as I felt cheated the way my car was towed off by traffic officials
Towing details:
Date & Time: 12-Dec-2018, around 3:00 PM
Location: Opposite road of Arcadia Market, Sector 49, Gurugram
Car Towed to: Women Police Station, Sector 51, Gurugram

While looking for a parking space, I came across a Traffic Police board that said " Kripya apni gadi safed patti ke andar PARK kare anyatha apki gado tow ho sakti hai "
Based upon that, I parked my car within the white line,
After 10 minutes my car was towed and i was asked to pay a fine of 600 rupees
Upon trying to confront this unjust fine, I was told that one can keep the car there only if there is a driver waiting in the car

I felt I was cheated by the traffic police by misleading with that sign board

I want to request refund of my fine
