This is bring to your kind knowledge that I deposited my fees in GJU, Hissar on 10/8/2013 give withdrawl on 14/8/2013 which was the under time period.They said that ur fees refunded in 3 months but they sebd only cheqe of 2000 rs of security and my anount was 27210 rs they also said that 1000 rs was deducted from ur amount and 26210 rs was return to u . Sir I complaint to HSTES, panchkula, AICTE Chndigarh, Cm Window in Rohtak and send a legal notice from court . But they said that ur seat was vacant and not filled buly other candidate which was not my resposibity .Sir please help us out in this matter at earliest possible.

I am a student of M.Tech. having roll no [protected] in this university of batch[protected].I have fill a Re evaluation form for two subjects of 2nd semester in January 2013.But after even 1 year the result is not declared and the staff is not supporting. I m suffering for this from last 1 year. They do not tell me that in what time the result must be out.Every time they said that time to lagta hi hai tere liye alag se cheking karwa de kya.

I hope you should take strict action for this case.

But when the result was announced my roll no. was not there in list. I was also informing to ODM Computer & Mgt Education, Gurgaon regarding this matter.

Dear Sir, I was passout in June2011 MBA from GJU University Hisar, Now 2013 is going on but still not Received my 4th Semester DMC,and Degree Certificate acording to DDE GJU Hisar my DMC still not came, i try too much time foloowup on phone call & email but they are not giving me any proper response, My future is hanging, i am not able to apply for job anywhere, without my Degree. Please help if you can.

I have Already completed my BBA in June 2008 ANd my Roll no is[protected] but since then I haven't received my degree since then. My other batch mates have received there degrees already. I have to do my studies further for which there I have to submit my Degree. I have called the university so many times but still I am not getting my degree. Kindly help me with this.

I took admission in M tech mechanical engineering in Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & technology in hisar (haryana) this august.
During admission time,i clearly mentioned in affidavit that i m engaged in job and can't leave job and HOD( Head of Deptt.) had no objection.they deposited my full year fee (42,000) even if there is semester system.
After admission HOD asked me to leave the job or M tech .
I decided to leave M tech and asked HOD on phone that i m leaving M tech before last date(27/09/10) . But he refused to meet till last date and the last date passed. After that i submitted application on 4/10/10 to vice chancellor for fee refund and a copy to HOD on 5/10/10.
HOD didn't signed it and put it in file to accept later.
As per new govt. rules if i am not taking any services from university then University has to refund my fee. In case full fee can't be refund then at least next semester fee must be returned.
kindly help me to retrieve my fee back as 42,000 is a lot to me.

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technologyy is the most inefficient university I have ever been to and heard of.

It has not yet declared the results of the previous exam (Jan 2010 ) of Distance education MBA and conducting the next exam from 30th of June 2010 without declaring the previous exam results . The do not even dispatch the admit card on time. Till the last minute students unable to know whether they will have to sit on the exam, which paper should they prepare and which not. They do not give the students proper information on anything.

If they can not manage the courses why can't they stop the courses.

I do not know how a university who can not manage the very basic jobs of an educational institute like declaring previous results before the next exam is giving Master's Degree on Management . I think the university management first should take some elementary training on running a primary school who at least can manage to do the basic job of an institute like dispatching the roll no or names before the exam and declaring the exam results of the previous classes before the exams of the next classes.

Even if I get the MBA degree after a long time, I'l feel ashamed to be an MBA Degree holder from an university who shows such a very poor management, poorer than primary school, who does not not know the a b c of running an educational institute.

This university, along with their study centers are making fool of people, making huge amount of money for themselves.They ruining many many peoples' lives by causing them loss of money and specially loss of lots and lots of time .

The people who do not have enough money or time to do a regular MBA go for Distance Education courses and trapped by these so called universities and looted them of everything, their last hope and make their life miserable.

They do not refund the money and the students are so helpless as most of them do not have enough money to take admission in any other institute. They loss months and years. They loss everything as they can not get the the very necessary degree on time to get a job or a promotion or enroll in any higher education .


Being a student of this university, I am suffering a lot and I do not want any one to suffer this way .

Please do not take admission in Distance MBA from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology. They are not eligible to give degrees who can not do the very basic management tasks of an institute. Please do not be a fool like me and do not believe in the big ads posted on the news papers by such universities and their centers, at least of gju.

They are just looting people, making huge amount of money and ruining lives of many many students and families breaking their dreams and hopes.

I request Indian Government to take strong steps to stop such loots in the name of education and stop such institutes and universities Please save the poor students and their families from these frauds. Please save their lives and hopes.

I WANT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE BIIT (BABA INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) KAITHAL (HARYANA) THAT THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THE FUTURE OF STUDENTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO FACULTY FOR TEACH, THEY TEACH THE STUDENTS BY THE TEACHER WHO ARE ALREADY THE STUDENT OF MCA 4TH YEAR AND AS WELL AS THEY TAKE A LOT OF MONEY FRO THE PROJECTS WHICH HAVE TO SUBMITTED IN MCA 3RD YEAR AND 5TH YEAR, IF ANY STUDENT PREPARE HIS/HER PROJECT INDIVIDUALLY THEN THE HEAD OF THE CENTRE INTERFERE IN THE PROJECT BY REJECTING THAT THEY SAID YOU ARE NOT COMPLETED ALL DOCUMENTS PROPERLY SO THAT THE STUDENT WILL FORCE TO BUY PROJECT FROM THEM.
SO, I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO HAT THE FUTURE OF STUDENTS WILL BE SECURE.

I am persuing MBA from softdot institute from New Delhi.i have not been received my roll no slip yet for examinations held in January-Feb 2010.Kindly look into the matter and suggest me what should I do?

I am regular trying to university by date 26/10/06 and study center M.K.M Indian Institute of Management, E-6, RIICO Industrial area, Sitapura, Jaipur, Phone No.[protected], Fax No.[protected].Email- [protected]@yahoo.com.by the date 13/11/06 and yet regular trying but i have not received my MBA ALL SEMESTER RESULTS AND MARKSHEET.Please help me to provide justice from both university and its study center and save me from the burden of re-demand fee .
