I fill my re appear form of gndu of class BFA sem1 today[protected] timing 10:30am when i fill the form last their is payment option when i pay online money was debit from my accout to university but re apper form not fill their is message sorry payment fail ut money was debit from my account no refound from university also same thing happen till last year i ll not recive that payment also till today they delay nd not respond well please resolve my problem

I am contacting you regarding an issue I am having with obtaining an accurate transcript of my past marks from my former University.

I submitted an online request on March 27th, 2022, for the duplicate and English versions of my Detail Mark Cards for B.com1st, 2nd, 2nd yr compartment, and 3rd year. I had lost my DMC for the 1st and 2nd years but still, have my degree and final year DMC in my possession....

I have paid my fifth semester fee of b.Com of gndu under odl course . I have paid my fee amounting 5900 on 10 oct 2022 which was deducted from my bank but my fee status still show pending. The transaction reference no was pos/76021599/22:50:56/[protected].

Please i am very depressed please refund my money as soon as possible

I have applied for e-transcripts from gndu. I applied it on 14 of august 2022. I paid the amount Rs 5900 and amount was deducted but still it is showing pending.

Hlo sir/ma'am..Its very sad to say that the unwanted and bad behaviour of security guards is improper with female especially on the main gate o[censored]niversity...i have a slip of paid amount in foreign language but they are very partial with some students...they let the outsider rich boys to enter in university but they will stop nd have unwanted vulgar language with females on main gate...why showing their power to only girls...orders are for every single person not for girls only...while giving admission in foreign language nd while taking payment nobody questioned but today their words were not so big thing i[censored] have taken admission in foreign language...guards should be guided from the higher authority every student is equal in this university...either give back the amount of foreign language or else give us equal rights to reside in university with respect

Its very unpleasant to say that in this month only i have buy a new laptop HP PAVILION RYZEN 5 HEXACORE 4600H, and it started misbehaving very earlier. Although, Its screen is also not properly working . KINDLY SOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS YOU CAN AS THIS LAPTOP IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.

In the evening i went to guru nanak dev university for a walk and i saw a old man security guard hitting a dog with a bamboo stick and when i stopped that guy he called his senior security officer to kill that innocent dog who was trying to hide under the tree. I was alone there who was trying to save him and they were around 10-15 so i couldn’t do anything. I have photos and video recording as well so I kindly request you to take strict action against the head of the security guard who is retired army major.

Respected sir, as the results of 5th sem 2020 has declared on 17 june 2021, I'm not satisfied with the checking of mathematics subject. Bcz I did all of the ans and also correctly but I have got very low marks in that beyond my expectations. I don't have much money for rechecking also. How could we trust on Gndu checking. Even my classmates have got more marks than me even they didn't attempt the whole paper.

My college applied online for name correction in all my DMC's and Degrees. It has been over a month and a half and they have not provided any update at all. If I call my college, They say their job is done and I need to check with the university, When I call the university they ask me to call some other day and hung up on me. I have paid all the fee which includes post expenses too so they should send the updated documents to my mail address or to college. I have sent many e-mails on different helpdesk e-mails and they never responded to a single e-mail. I want to get the updated documents as soon as possible. I live in Bangalore so can not come all the way to Amritsar over and over again to check the status.

I have lost my detail marks certificate and I lodge fir then apply online to university for duplicate detail marks certificate previous year at 30th October 2020 . but still not received . the university staff does not entertain me and avoid my queries regarding duplicate detail marks certificate. the college charged 1357.00 rupees. the Application number [protected]

Sir i am a student of bca 1sem .
Sir due to this pandemic we couldn't learn too much from our online classes moreover its our 1st time to study bca .
So sir its quite difficult for us to give exams . I m not asking for online exams but just give us time to revise whole syllabus. Sir please postponed our exams till march... or i requested u to take our exams in april. So that we prepare ourselves in offline classes

I had applied to both GNDU main campus, Amritsar and regional campus, Jalandhar for admission in B.Tech CSE course. The admission process for regional campus started earlier and they gave me seat in CSE and I paid fees and everything was done. But later I was admitted to CSE course at main campus after attending classes for 7 days at regional campus. And I inquired if they would transfer my fees from the regional campus to the main campus but they said they won't. So I paid fees for main campus also and immediately sent application to CANCEL MY ADMISSION AT REGIONAL CAMPUS, JALANDHAR wanting for refund on the fees paid.
They asked me for some documents on the same day and till date I've asked many time about the status of my refund but they won't revert me back.
They also said they will deduct ATLEAST 40% of my fees for attending classes.
But in light of COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Education, India had ruled that and I quote, "To avoid financial hardship being faced by the parents due to lockdown and related factors, a full refund of fees will be made on account of all cancellation of admissions/ migration of students, up to November 30, 2020, for this very session as a special case”.

Even if we ignore the pandemic situation, the UGC rules say that if cancellation of admission is notified within 10 days of commencement of the course, the deduction eligible on fees is ATMOST 20%.

Also, the UGC guidelines quote that, "Fees shall be refunded by all Higher Education Institutions to an eligible student within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her in this regard."

And today it's the 15th day since I requested for refund and completed all the other formalities but haven't heard back from them and haven't got a single penny back. So all in all they're deducting my fees wrongfully and not even responding back regarding the matter and I'm just getting worried and I would be eternally grateful if you could help me in this matter.

Syllabus for 2nd year b.com (Financial services) has not been uploaded till now. How will be able to know about subjects and its syllabus and not able to do practical syllabus. Fees has been already paid to the university but syllabus and subjects has not been uploaded till now.

Sir, i am student of b. Ed first semester in anand college of education, jethuwal, amritsar. I am facing so much rude and partial behavior of staff here. After talking many times, some of the staff members are not cooperating with students. They are giving mentally harrassment to the students which is not a part of study. They are not providing any guidance regarding studies. Please help us.

They are very much rude and even not satisfy the students about any topic related to studies. They are giving so much stress by telling that we will not send your accessment to university. Many times i talked to the teachers but their behavior is same. Please help me sir. Heavy menal stress is being given by teachers which is not a part of study.
