Guru Nanak Dev University — Lost Detail marks certificate apply in november 2020 still not received

I have lost my detail marks certificate and I lodge fir then apply online to university for duplicate detail marks certificate previous year at 30th October 2020 . but still not received . the university staff does not entertain me and avoid my queries regarding duplicate detail marks certificate. the college charged 1357.00 rupees. the Application number [protected]
