MR & MRS Gurubhai Thakkar ; the MD of Gurubhai Group of Companies LTD & Gurubhai builders and developers having registered office at 101, ZA tower, versova, Andheri (W) had promised for a flat in their upcoming project of 3 buildings OM NAMAH SHIVAY in yari Road, since the year 2015 they have taken a token amount of Rs.4, 90, 000.(FOUR LACS NINETY THOUSAND RUPEES) against the flat showing me the boundaries of the land.However till date it has not worked out and no exact details of the project has been provided. I was in constant follow up regarding the refund and it was assured that latest by Dec 2016 the amount of Rs.4, 90, 000.(FOUR LACS NINETY THOUSAND RUPEES)will be refunded. Post Dec 2016 their contact numbers are not reachable and no one is responding back. I would like to put up a complaint against Mr & Mrs Thakkar, I also request you to kindly look in to the matter as they are already registered with Builders Association of India & help me getting the money back from them as it is almost 2.5 years i have been waiting for the project to start but now I feel I have been cheated. I was given an Allotment letter also confirming my flat on 10th Floor. I have a transaction record of my bank which I have done to Gurubhai builders and developers.

Mr Hemant, I was been told tht all ur issues were resolved and sorted.. Refund already gvn.. They will talk and force u to delete the complaint as they are only worried abt their so called reputation.. If so worried... Y don't they just gv back the money and close the issue... They r not even ready to meet and talk abt it..rather the craziest thing happened today was after we closed the complaint.. Finally Mr thakkar found time and called up my husband.. Not to talk or discuss or settle the issue.. But to threaten him for worst... Wait and watch what I will do to u now in my own way.. This is what he said.. They still do not understand what v r going thru.. Holding on money and all fakes talks.. Also.. His team member says.. You all acting v smart... Go ahead and put all ur efforts.. Media.. Fb.. Internet etc.. Try all the means... Put all ur efforts..by this now u can Just imagine what they r up to..
I have also have Similar Complaint of ABC contract for my kid. They have taken 3lakh ruppes and have not refuned entire amount till date. Only fake promise is made by Ericka billion and Gurubhai. all are fake. They will dupe any one with big talks.

Oh really.. As per his team member.. They hv hold only our money as we have put up a complaint.. Can mk out hw fake they are.. And now they r openly calling and threatening us as well fr worst... MR Thakkar may use his so called powers or reputation which he made by duping our money.. Let's wait and watch.. I hope God gives them a Lil wisdom to understand what they r doing and behaving like... V r still ready to cooperate with them.. But they r not willing to.. Let them deposit the money or gv us the single cheque and close the matter once and for all fr good of all..

Appreciate the efforts by Mr Thakkar.. He spoke and understood our side of situation as well... All was a matter of communication gap... FINALLY all well that ends well.. Thanks Mr Thakkar to put in the efforts and talk.. And getting the matter sorted with mutual understanding..
The Perfect Woman team member Dr. Geet Thakkar selected me for a so called teen Pageant . She then told us about the amount that was to be paid for the pageant registration . We did the payment of 60k, but on 26/05 she called us for a meeting and purposely cancelled my portfolio pictures and forced me to take a portfolio and said that rest of the contestants were already done with the portfolio . My mother in hesitation paid for the portfolio . But as we reached the location i.e. an old and dirty studio for the portfolio, that was not even worth 2000 and they charged us 57, 400 for it . And also they have charged different amounts of money to other contestants . They asked me to do a short film after that for which they told to transfer an amount of 25000 . These people are really fake and I am ashamed to have ever associated with their pageant. They also promised of giving the pictures but Dr. Geet thakkar did not keep up with her words . I am being very clear, I want my money back or this will go in a wrong way . If they think I'll be scared of any kind of threats, then they are really wrong . They can resolve this matter by paying back my money as soon as possible .

Pls share your contact details as I have faced a similar issue recently for and they have collected money from me assuring of big roles. Also I had to pay for the portfolio which they did in 3rd class studio.
