description of incident: I have sent my vehicle to the service center on 2nd june 2026. The service center is requesting for another 20 days to get the primary battery changed even though its well within the warranty period for the battery. The car is 2.5 years old and only 27747 Kms driven and the battery issue has come up, I asked for a loaner car meanwhile which isn't possible and the compensation amount as specified is not okay with me, meanwhile even the customer care team is not doing anything to handle this issue, inspite of repeated requests for callbacks i haven't received the same.
desired resolution: I want my EMI amount of 42, 400 + travel and fuel for my other vehicles as compensation Was this information helpful? |
