Gururaj — Arbitrary blocking of channels - Hathway

I have subscribed to Hathway Cable DTH TV. Past few months hathway is blocking cetain channels without any reason. First they blocked all ZEE channels for over a month. Then Zee was resumed but blocked all Star TV channels. Since from yesterday i see that all English movie channels like HBO, TIMES NOW, Zee Studio, WB, UTV World Movies, MGM have been blocked without any reason or information. We were given a list of channels they are going to give provide as part of subscription for the fee charged. Now month on month few channels are being blocked though we continue to pay same amount month on month. Thus they are fleecing customers and they is no response.
