Dear Indian Consumer Complaint Forum,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern regarding the relentless and unwarranted communication from GUVI, a course providing company, which has escalated to the point of harassment.
Despite unsubscribing from their emails, I am now being bombarded with daily calls and messages on WhatsApp, all urging me to register for their courses. This persistent intrusion into my privacy is not only disruptive but also raises questions about the company's adherence to ethical business practices.
I have made seven attempts to resolve this matter by contacting their customer support. Unfortunately, my complaints seem to have fallen on deaf ears, as they continue to inundate me with promotional content. This not only reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction but also raises concerns about the security of my personal information.
I urge the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to intervene and address this matter urgently. The constant harassment is causing undue stress and inconvenience, and I believe it is imperative for regulatory bodies to hold GUVI accountable for their actions.
