Guwahati Rms Office — my parcel was replaced.. somebody stole it and replaced it from guwahati rms.

I have a parcel tracking no. Cg[protected]in
Coming from surat ph via india post.
The parcel reached guwahati ph around 17th november. After that the parcel was there for long until i received the parcel on 29th november. Afterwards when i checked it to my surprise it was tempered with and the item was replaced. Iam shocked at such negligence and i request you to kindly do something. Atleast provide me with information what might have happened to my product. How can such trustable service providers can't ensure safety if our valuable items. Please give some positive answer or else i should be complaining to consumer forums.
