Gvk Emri — Gratuity and final settlement

Dear sir/Madam,
I am K.J.Ramkumar worked as EME-Ramnad dist(TN) GVK EMRI from 2010 to 2018. I have very good career record in emri. I resigned my service 16th July 2018 with proper notice period and handed over all the company properties to Mr.Tamilselvan (eme) who is taking over the district. Due to corona and personal reason I can't go Chennai office. But I will handed over NOC on 12 October 2020. After that I called so many times to HR head and HR people they were not respond. Even 100+ times to call HR people they never picked the phone call more over I sent an mail also never respond. I have all the records. Kindly do the needful to settle my settlement and update my last working day in EPF portal.
