Gvk Emri — Regarding referral of a neonate to an higher centre

I have requested an ambulance for a neonate referral. The baby was sick and we were asked to wait for 2 hours. But there was no response even after 3 hrs and after calling again the same questions were asked again
Ambulance is meant for speedy referral and recovery of the patient's lives.but highly disappointed by the way they respond
