I bought BATA gyftr cards. I wanted to use these cards online, hence I double checked on their website to confirm the validity of the vouchers on online Bata purchase. They have clearly stated on their website about how to redeem it on Bata website. After buying the gyftr cards I tried to redeem it online and guess what; the option is not available online. I checked with gyftr customer care, and since then I am getting new ETRs on the issue resolution. I asked them to get the vouchers back and give me some other vouchers of my choice. To which gyftr are denying. This is my worst experience with any service provider. My request to all humble and genuine customers is to not buy any gift vouchers from gyftr unless you want to get cheated. Was this information helpful? |
