I am absolutely appalled by the way your customer support has handled my case regarding my Gyfter voucher purchase. The complete lack of accountability, repeated delays, and failure to meet promised timelines reflect the worst possible customer experience. Here’s the timeline of this disaster:
January 5, 2025 – I purchased a voucher from Gyfter, and money was deducted immediately, but I never received the voucher.
January 27, 2025 – I raised a complaint with customer support regarding this issue. (As I was waiting for refund, but it never came automatically)
From January 27 to February 19 – Despite repeated follow-ups every 5 days, all I received was false reassurances that the investigation would take "2-3 more days." You wasted nearly a month just to conclude that I deserved a refund.
February 19, 2025 – You finally agreed to process my refund, stating it would be credited within 5-7 days.
March 15, 2025 – It has been nearly a month, and the refund is still nowhere to be seen. You have failed to honor your own commitments, time and time again.
What Kind of Customer Service is This?
You failed to deliver the voucher after taking my money.
You dragged the investigation for almost a month despite clear evidence.
You kept making false promises instead of resolving the issue.
You failed to process the refund even after acknowledging your mistake.
This is not just incompetence—it is a clear breach of trust and an outright failure to uphold basic customer service standards. What penalty do you face for failing to meet your own deadlines? If I had missed a payment deadline, I am sure there would have been immediate penalties. So what compensation are you offering for this mental stress, time waste, and broken trust?
Immediate Demands:
Refund the amount IMMEDIATELY—no more excuses, no more delays.
Compensate me for the unnecessary trouble and stress caused by your negligence.
I expect an urgent resolution TODAY, or I will escalate this further. Your repeated failures have already tested my patience far beyond reasonable limits. Fix this now.

Instant Voucher:- Brand- Big Bazaar Voucher not Re-validate issue

I had taken from gyftr 3 voucher of Big Bazaar now as per situation Big bazaar is completely closed all location. I had raised a Query to the team, but they are not supporting. They informed me expired voucher will be re-validate after getting any information from Brand. I had suggested that give me alternate voucher now the Brand is totally closed. They not listening to me or not trying to understand my query.

I bought a Myntra voucher which costed me Rs 702.5 from HDFC credit card and Rs 10 e-pay GyFTR balance on 1st April, 2023.The amount was debited but there was a message that the transaction was unsuccessful.I called the call centre repeated times.They said that I will get the refund within 5-7 working days.It has been 12 working days till date but I still have not got a refund.Please take reactions ASAP.

On 1st March, I had purchased 3 Blinktit vouchers of Rs1, 000 each. On attempting to redeem them the same day, the message that got displayed was 'invalid'.
Since then, I had called their service centre multiple times only to hear that the matter has been escalated and is being resolved on priority.
Till date, no update has been shared yet, no idea why it has not been resolved even though 10 days have passed.
They r not even ready to cancel the vouchers and reissue.
It's pure harassment for the customer.

I had purchased Amazon.in vouchers from Gyftr.com under the offer of 1% Epay rewards in wallets. After purchasing when the Epay rewards were not credited I had contacted Gyftr & they told me that the offer was there because of some technical issue but I had purchased the same because of the offer.
Please suggested what should I do ? no one at Gyftr is willing to listen to the complaint.

Hello!I am akhil I made a purchase using Paytm UPI on GYFTR website on 23/12/2022.Gift voucher valued at 1000/-.My amount was debited and i didn't get any gift voucher.I have called customer care many times but they refused to return back my money.

Gift voucher code not working
It was in September when I tried to use ₹1500 Jockey Gift voucher code and kept getting the error that it was already redeemed when I have actually not purchased anything using any code. The concern was raised 2months ago and I am tired of following up with them. There is a ticket with no updates on it and everytime I call, they say it has been put on hold and will be moved further. Pathetic customer service

My zee5 voucher is not working.

I had got 1 voucher Zee5 voucher by GyFtr. i was used this voucher at zee5 web portal as well as mobile app, but everytimes it is show as "code already redeemed". i have discussed with customer care many time but they didn't resolve my issue from august'21 month to till now.
That's why i need to raise this concern front of you. Please help me to resolve this as soon as possible.

I bought BATA gyftr cards. I wanted to use these cards online, hence I double checked on their website to confirm the validity of the vouchers on online Bata purchase. They have clearly stated on their website about how to redeem it on Bata website. After buying the gyftr cards I tried to redeem it online and guess what; the option is not available online. I checked with gyftr customer care, and since then I am getting new ETRs on the issue...
