It was in September when I tried to use ₹1500 Jockey Gift voucher code and kept getting the error that it was already redeemed when I have actually not purchased anything using any code. The concern was raised 2months ago and I am tired of following up with them. There is a ticket with no updates on it and everytime I call, they say it has been put on hold and will be moved further.
