I've redeemed gift vouchers from my HDFC Bank Credit card which has been issues by the GyFtr ( Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd) on 10th March 2022, the Voucher's value is 2, 000 INR, which suppose to redeemed at Big Bazaar Outlets, after receiving the vouchers, I've found that Big Bazaar outlets are closed permanently, so I approached GyFtr to cancel the voucher and refund the amount/points to my account. Its been more than two years now, I've contacted them many times but I never get any reasonable answer, please find the ticket details for I contacted them to resolve the issue. Please help me.
