Misleading terms and conditions for Apollo gift voucher

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to seek your assistance with a consumer issue I am facing with Apollo Pharmacy. I had purchased an Apollo gift voucher worth INR 5000 from GYFTR SBI YONO (Gift Voucher: [protected], Value: 5000.00, Validity: 02 Feb 2024). I used it once and redeemed INR 1496.5 to place an order for medicines. However, when I tried to use the remaining balance of INR 3504, I was informed that the voucher had expired, even though its actual expiry was supposed to be in February 2024.
When I contacted Apollo's customer care team, they informed me that the gift voucher can be used only once, even though this limitation is not clearly stated in their terms and conditions. However, their terms and conditions do state that there will be no refund or credit note for any unused balance amount of the e-gift card, and that any such unused balance amount will stand lapsed automatically.
I believe that Apollo's terms and conditions are not clear and may be misleading to consumers, which may constitute an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request your assistance in resolving this issue and obtaining a refund or new gift voucher for the remaining balance amount of INR 3504.
I would be grateful for any guidance or assistance you can provide in this matter.
Thank you for your attention.
Yours sincerely,
