h — My H-connect device is not returned since 30 Sep 2020

Dear Sir,

I handed over my H-connect device of my Honda car (for the purpose of Re-activation) to M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd., SHAKTI INSULATED WIRES, RAJENDRA NAGAR, DATTAPADA ROAD, BORIVALI-EAST, Mumbai, Pin - 400066 on 30 September 2020.

Now I have been asking for it to be returned to me repeatedly on phone and email. The M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd. is not responding positively to any emails. On phone and email reply, M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd. is putting on all the onus on a courier company, which they have engaged to receive the device back. As per M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd., the device has been dispatched to be delivered at M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd. Borivali on 13th October from Pune, and dispatch status is that, the device is still in Pune.

M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd.is not taking any responsibility to hand over the device back to me .They are instead just telling me that the device is in transit through courier since 13th October and they will inform me, once the device is received.

Sir, I sincerely request you to help me get my H-connect device back from the M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd.

Following are problems, I am facing, due to the above mentioned issue :

- My Honda City Car 2018 ZX Model ( IDV Insured Value : Rs. 10, 50, 000/-) is now prone to theft, as the H-connect Device is used to track movements of car and makes it safe.

- The H-connect device is not in my custody since 30 Sep 2020 and I am without it's services.

- I am exhausted of repeatedly contacting M/S Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd., to no effect.

- All the above has caused me immense mental agony and harassment.

- There is a lot of my precious time, energy, effort and money spent on making this Complaint.

- M/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd. has completely shrugged off, all it's responsibility towards returninM/s Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd. could have solved the whole issue, by handing me over a new H-connect Device. I requested them to do so, through email. They did not respond at all.

Sir, Kindly help me get justice, on my complaint. I would be grateful and obliged.
