H R Talent Management This man is a fraud. He asked me for Rs 4500 as the agency fee in lieu of a shoot, after paying this amount, he asked me to pay Rs 15000 as a refundable security deposit. When I refused, he asked me to pay Rs 10, 500, then further reduced it to Ts 5, 500 and then further reduced it to Rs 3, 500. He asked me to pay him Rs 3, 500 so that his EMI does not bounce, imagine, on the contrary, he talks about he owning the best bikes in the world and to prove it to, he shared Google images claiming that he owns them. He kept on telling me that the shoot has been postponed and ultimately stopped answering my calls. This man is a fraud, he is now threatening me that if I try to slander his agency, he will defame me and the people associated with me. He initially said he will refund mt Rs 4500 but now has refused to return me my money and has started calling me unprofessional because I did not pay him the refundable security. Firstly, YOU HAVE PAID FOR OUR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND NOT PURCHASED US AS IS EVIDENT IN YOUR LANGUAGE. So, please do not advise us about what language we should be using.
I asked you to help out in the EMI payment as I had already adjusted and did the needful in paying YOUR DEPOSITS.
I thought, at least as a human being (that I seriously now doubt) you would understand and help out someone who has helped you. And during that conversation, I confirmed and RECONFIRMED twice to which you positively replied within an hour!
You have time and again ignored calls from me even for the basic coordination, and you say you are professional? Ha ha ha!
You have never, ever fulfilled your commitments on time, and you say you are professional?
Ha ha ha!
Anyway, the bottom line is
Please go ahead and do what you feel you should be doing right.
We are prepared to do what is necessary to sort out this issue. But, it seems that you want this to drag on. So be it!
As I mentioned to my team, WE WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE RUPEE TO YOU TILL YOU PROVE US GUILTY AND THAT YOU HAVE NOT VIOLATED ANY OF YOUR ACCEPTED TERMS.
Furthermore, on advise of my legal team, I wish to advise you that any attempt to slander our Agency and/or individuals associated, will lead to us resorting to defamative action against you and/or people associated with you.
