Dear Sir/Madam
I am regular subscriber to your news paper for last many years.
Like earlier, I made online payment of Rs 899/ as asked by your official, for renewal of annual subscription.
The vendor stopped supply of paper for the last 15 days.
On being asked he demanded Rs 480/ additional cash payment for his services or discontinue the services.
Same thing had happened last year also, wherin the paper was not delivered for about 20 days.
The supply resumed only after intervention of your area manager.
In view the above, I request you to kindly resume supply of newspaper or refund my payment.
