I have purchased above mentioned subject line facility on 20 nov 2021 after discussion of shine executive through portal and he committing to me to serve within time frame & your resume related services is required but still these above services are not providing by shine.com & they are ignoring my regular mail....

I am regular subscriber to your news paper for last many years.
Like earlier, I made online payment of Rs 899/ as asked by your official, for renewal of annual subscription.
The vendor stopped supply of paper for the last 15 days.
On being asked he demanded Rs 480/ additional cash payment for his services or discontinue the services.
Same thing had happened...
I am regular subscriber to your news paper for last many years.

it is very painful to disclose this scenario against HT media group ..that for JOB portal @shine.com ...i have registered my self & your representative call me & taken huge amount of money from me ...
attached all invoices ...i don't know whether it is verified or fraud ...
but till date nothing has proceed from shine.com end..
i have paid money on behalf of HT-Media ...but my trust has gone in pool ...br...

I have paid rs 25000/- to shine .com for a course ...Master In Leadership and Strategy Management Training Course - on 17th December -2020 ...but till date not a single clas /training has arranged ...so immediately send my money back ...else i have to go to consumer forum to complain this matter...

In this regard, a complaint with customer care has also been submitted with customer care but nothing has been done yet by your good self.
Kindly look into the matter....
