please cross verified, Jupiter Software Solutions Inc they people said company located on Chicago. They really do the sponsor for H1-B?

It's better you don't pay the amount. I also received the same email. USCIS take Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee with application request.

My wife was given offer letter for 2014 visa petition, told that her name was selected in the lottery. but there is no way to verify the EAC number they send, but H1Base forged documents to convince us for the next step. The 797 approval letter has been tampered i.e they use original Eac number of another candidate to convince us. they also created fake documents for another L1 candidate. Message me if you guys want to know more about H1Base and my experience with them and madhapur police station to get back my money.

H1 base india doesnt have a name board, it operates in the name of pinnacle software but checks are issued under the name of H1 base for refund(it bounces and owner absconded to warangal) This is the war I have started so other candidates waste time like me.

Another big joke only one guy work here in H1 BASE INDIA as mentioned above Fraud Karthik is MD, he is also CEO, check the attachment showing his linked profile.

Nitin, Did he send you a legal notice? I also had the same experience and was victimized my H1Base-India. If it is a legal fight, let me know. Let's take it forward. I know many poeple who were looted.

Nitin, can you please share it in all the Linkedin groups. 'H1B Consultants', 'H1B jobs' etc. They have started this again now. Also, I suggest you to share all the information with media. Send a note to NDTV, TOI etc, they will call you back and collect information. Never hesitate to do that if you get a legal notice. They will take it forward and arrange the lawyer for you.

And yeah, expect a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes in the legal notice :-)

You get nothing, dude. Use common sense. Unless you see the previous year's H1B report in visasquare.com and myvisajobs.com, it is a fraud and no two ways about it. Ask him which 'field' he was in from 2001? And why a 13 years old company has no web presence? Use your brains, alert your friends and prevent fraud.

I am not sure. But if you see a history in the above mentioned websites, you can understand they are doing it. I don't have any names as such. Paying anything to the consultancy is illegal. Nitin lost only 20K. But if you pay 3-4 Lacs to people whose identity is just an email ID, you may be taking a big chance. Take wise decisions. Cheers!

I had sent my friend to visit H1 Base India Office located in Hyderabad today and he had verified about the address and even had verified the candidates list who got selected and verified based on the EAC number generated for Lottery system and even there is no 325 US $ system in it and there is 500 US $ DD to be taken on USCIS name and how could a person can use the DD in the name o[censored]SCIS which is for the process the process of Fraudulent verification which is a Background verification of the applicant and there is no 325 US $ system and even the are mails as reply to me from professional mail of the company and not from any gmail like that.
So with this verification i has to consider you as a Fraud and Misleading person.
If at all it's not true go for Legal action against them and send the copy of your Legal action in this website and even we paid they are generating a Receipt and make sure to reply to my mail-id of the proofs so that i will verify on my own from H1 Base India.

My intention is to know about that consultancy and i'm not aware of you or the person who had complained on it or even i'm not aware of the consultancy till i enquired about them.
If you are the right person to reach for help for us(applicants who applied through that consultancy) and you may help us not comment the person who had given their opinions.
Every person has the right to complaint if he were cheated and every person has the right to speak if it was a public note from the reporting person.

As per the screen shot it's from a gmail account and i had a reply through their companies professional mail and if you are genuine people you won't send with out your profile picks or your contact details or even without a mail-id to respond.
Make sure to be believable to us and respect the comments of public,

I too got a mail from h1-Base India asking for 15000 + Service Tax.
I had sent a request for my H1-B to them on a mail id mentioned on LinkedIn
It had a domain extension of h1base-india.com.
But the reply came back from a gmail id asking for relevant documents and 15000+ Service Tax.
My question where does $325 come in picture? They deal in INR, don't they? Also why don't they reply from company domain id instead of gmail?

Just like Anupam my concern is to find whether this is a legitimate company or not.
I tried to do google search on them but could not find any more information.

What I understand is that they don't sponsor the visa. They help you find clients who will sponsor your visa.
That's why no information on Visa square and other sites.

This is the reason I wanted to know whether someone actually got through his process.
Could not find any genuine cases over the net. This really can make/break someone's career.

Also where is Nitin? He did not reply back whether he got his money or not?

I am in process of getting right consultant for next year H1B lottery. I don't want to waste one year due to bogus consultant.

I have also filed my H1 visa[protected] thru H1 base India and have been informed that I have been selected in lottery and my petition got approved.
I am in super dilemma after seeing above comments about H1base India.
As of now I paid initially 500$ fee DD ( in fav o[censored]SICS) for Fraudulent verification, not told to pay any client interview process fee.

Following are main concerns with H1 base India ---

1, they haven’t shared any evidences (receipt no, LCA, offer letter ) that I have been selected in lottery or my petition got approved.

2. Before Scheduling the embassy interview they are asking to Pay 190$ + 5000 INR fee ( near about 17000 INR ) in their H1 Base Indian account (HDFC bank – Rajbhavan Road) and also saying that they will able to schedule interview some time in next year.


I am already in touch with H1 base India and I will keep updating here if I will find any good thing about H1 base India.

1, I am shocked. As I am communicating with one if their consultant (named Prachi), she told me that they are sharing receipt no, LCA approval, offer latter. Otherwise how you will check the validity of offer latter. And to verify your application really submitted as H1B petition.

2. I don't surprise if someone is charging for 17k for processing. But what interview you are talking about some time in next year ????
If you are selected in lottery, then your interview at embassy should not take that long.

Saurabh and Prince, If you have the receipt number, you should be able to verify the application status in USICS website. The offer letter is needed when you go to embassy and not before. Unless you see the status in popular H1B websites, such as the ones I mentioned above, how do you trust a company? Just search for 'H1B' in any popular jobsite in India and get company names from there. Use the company name + H1B in google and you will see their past applications and approval rates.

If the offer letter (if you get) is not valid, you will get a 221g from the embassy and the application will go on hold.

I don't know why would someone delay tos hare the receipt number as you can't process the case on your own. Where is the history of H1Base-India of the CEO claims they have been in business since 2001? If your application is selected in lottery, you are eligible to start working after Oct 1st. As far as I know from tech friends, you book the interview slot, not them. I may be wrong.

Have you received receipt no, LCA approval, offer latter ? I am in touch with 6 (selected in H1 lottery ) person from h1 base india, As of now H1 base India has not given any thing to any one . Although they have published the list of all selected and Rejected candidates in their webpage but it seems business publicity to attract new candidate for new cap.
Till the time they are not sharing receipt no, we should not trust to H1 base India and should not pay any amount .
We should not allow to any one to play with our dream .

In my case, I am residing in US on H4 visa and planning to get H1 in FY[protected]. I just have started the process of sharing my profile with the consultancies and getting feedback from them and H1base-india was the very first person to reply me back saying I have to pay processing fee of 15000INR and $500 DD in favor o[censored]SCIS. Advocate for Karthikeyan puts one condition to my Adv. Mrs. Priyanka Patil, that I have to withdraw this complaint and after that he will deposit the settlement amount in my Advocate account. Hence I am withdrawing the same on this condition and after the receipt of the same I will let you all know.

Congrats, Nitin. However, others should now realize that he has paid 325$ = 19500 INR (if I am not wrong), and he is getting 10000 INR back with the help of a lawyer. Lawyer has to be paid as well, right? So, what are you getting back? 100$? What more proof would someone need to understand what this is all about?

I am shocked that H1 base India are claiming that someone is selected these days in the H1-B lottery of[protected] as far as I know the whole H1-B process Starts on first of April and last for couple of days only and then the cap is reached.
so no way for the Cap of 2015 someone is selected from now.
the last year Cap is reached and for 2015 cap the process will start on first of April... :(

We had shared the previous year applicants regarding the status in Lottery and even though the Lottery was held in April the results would be known in 1 or 2 months after the April and the Premium applicants would be know in May but not all the applicants and it would be known through the website o[censored]SCIS and we will verify the details with the LCA or EAC numbers and we will give the Status by end of July of that year.And if you know the process and procedure you won't ask us like this.

I Have a doubt, on the H1base-india website i could see selected candidates list, in that my friend name is not there but from the company he has got a mail stating that got picked up in the lottery.Is that full list or not H1base-india has to clarify.

We haven't shared all the candidates list because some people's Embassy slot was not booked yet and hence once after their slots been booked we will update the remaining candidates list.
If we are sending a mail stating that they were picked in Lottery that mail will act as a proof and you may verify by visiting our office or by calling the person who is handling that applicant or by mailing them.
Make sure to confirm before commenting on us.

It was said that interview date also booked but not there on the website list.
As Mr.prince said earlier, not sharing none of the proofs like application no or Lca Etc. after selecting in the lottery is not good.It will raise many questions on authenticity of H1base-india.This is my just suggestion, wether you take positively or not is up to you.But your company longevity depends on mutual trust between applicant and you.It is your duty to build up trust on your company.

I contacted H1Base India some two months ago regarding H1 visa transfer, I thought their name meant they are part of H1Base in the US. They did not clearly mention they were different entities. I was asked for a fee of INR 16, 854 for the services. I had earlier raised queries regarding their process which were not answered, Anyhow, when I was told that Oct 10th was last date, I decided I will transfer the money to then thrpough NEFT. But almost immediately I found that they are different from H1base Inc. Subsequently, I was asked for 2 years bank statements which I was puzzled about. I have had several US visas in the past for which I have never submitted such details. I was not given satisfactory answers. Since I was concerned about their creentials and the fact that they ask for bank statements whcih are personal and can be misused by others, I wanted to withdraw barely two days after I remitted 16, 854. Now they say it is not possible to refund!! For no services rendered, how can they keep back my money??

@ Pavitra garu, if they are ethical and trustworthy, you would have got money back.Since they have got thick skin and their intention is just to make money irrespective of services, people get the answers like you have got.

Ever mentioned is also passed and this Karthik is not responding to phone calls. Also there is an article in Times of India about this Karthik about his arrest on Fraud case in 2013

See one of my friend all most getting the interview date more than a year.. last feb he paid 500$ for fradulent verification amount.. they said you are selected in the lottery . still now they are booking the interview date.. they are the real cheaters .. dont pay anything.. dont go for the H1Base india.. if any one paid the amount then that money would be !!!

As I told earlier, I am in touch with six persons, those have been selected in lottery similar to me ( as per H1b india), three of them got embassy interview dates of Nov and Jan ( verbal communication, No any embassy interview invitation ) .
They are all still waiting for the evidence; I will update you guys if I will found anything to believe.
Meanwhile I will suggest to not pay any amount to H1 base india

Hello Prince, It's so surprising. I don't understand the logic behind interviews in November and January. You are eligible to enter US in October. Is the work contract offered to you states that you can work only from November or January? Did they shared the offer letter from client? At least did they share the LCA number (orally or via mail) so that we can confirm from website?

Guys, isn't that the same thing I was telling earlier? What they actually did is, delaying the reaction from 2013-14 candidates giving them hope that they are selected and will appear for the embassy interview in Jan 2015. Then they started accepting applications for 2014-15 and closed it by Oct 10th this year. So he did the fraud business for 2 years.

I strongly suggest you guys to use the options available to report this fraud to USICS. If you have sent them a DD or something, share the information, consolidate every interaction with them with screen shots and share it with them. The DD number is enough for the USICS to identify to whom did they sell your DD to, and who was benefited from your money. This will essentially bust one of the biggest immigration mafia operating in USA and India.

This is fake news.. i have enquired the members who have already paid the amount in H1 base India.. None of them got the Visa stamping as of now.. some one is misusing and providing the wrong statement.. I am Pradeep from hyderabad. myself and two of my friends approached Madhapur Police regarding the fraud consultancy H1 base-india. He took from each one US $500 (in indian currentcy it is 35, 000) + 33150 rupees cash from each. He gave back 68000 rupees to each of three with the threat of police. Be cautious while dealing with him.
One thing i came to know is his original name Sruchit Kumar Gupta Velishala. He changed his name to Karthik Ikshavakula and started this H1- base india. In the year 2013 he and his partner arrested on 3rd september for making fraud on L1 visa. His photo is attached.

If you see the address of Sruchit Kumar Gupta Velishala it's same as Karthik Ikshavakula. If you see the agreement shared by h1base-india, it's the same address there

Also, read about Maark oversees. Looks like in 2013 Karthik alias Sruchit started a company name Maark oversees and close it after collecting money and caught by police. Now he opend h1base-india with similar concept !

It's really sad that people like Karthik alias Sruchit play with people's amibitons and earn but I am this will be like another Maark overseas where this guy will be caught and this time he will go behind bars..

Visa fraud case closed
Hyderabad: A case of visa fraud registered against two persons, Sruchit Kumar Gupta Velishala and his associate Praveen, in August, 2013 was closed by the Hyderabad Central Crime Station investigators. The closure of the case came after the complainant and the accused persons reached a compromise in Lok Adalat court, police said.
The duo was arrested after a case was registered ( no. 99/2013) following a complaint lodged by a person from Mothingar in city. They were released on bail later, Inspector P. Raju, of the Central Crime Station (CCS) said. The compromise was worked out even as the police investigation was on.
Subsequently, both the complainant and Mr. Sruchit Kumar filed a petition in the Lok Adalat court seeking withdrawal of the case. Accordingly, the case was closed by the CCS investigators.
An older version of the report that was published on September 4, 2014 is as follows:
The city police on Tuesday arrested two persons on charges of cheating gullible people promising them to provide visas to the US.
DCP (Detective Department) L.K.V. Ranga Rao told reporters here that the accused Sruchit Kumar Gupta Velishala (20), a businessman and resident of Somajiguda and his associate Praveen Babu set up Maark Overseas Consultancy and collected applications from job seekers promising to process L1-B and H1-B visas.
They collected Rs. 8, 200 for verification of educational documents at Secretariat and US $2250 for paying USCIS fee.
The duo told candidates that once the petition is approved, the candidate has to pay US $650 towards Embassy fees and in case the application is rejected, the consultancy will refund the Embassy and USCIS fee. They asked candidates to pay two months’ salary before leaving to the US, Mr. Rao explained. The duo processed 97 L1-B and 61 H1-B visas, but actually sent only 38 applications and swindled Rs. 73 lakh given by the job seekers. The fraud came to light when a candidate from Mothinagar complained to the police alleging that the consultancy had cheated him after collecting money for processing his visa.
Based on his complaint, the police booked a case against the two persons and nabbed them. Police inquiries revealed that the duo established the consultancy in Somajiguda after they failed to get profits in an online betting business. Kumar, hailing from Warangal district, completed post-graduation (MSc-Tech) from a reputed university in 2008.
Cheating case
In a separate case, the police nabbed four persons, including a history-sheeter for cheating a dealer to the tune of Rs. 50 lakh. The arrested have been identified as Mohammed Umar Khan alias Hussain (23) of Tolichowki, Mohammed Khaisar Husssain (42), a history-sheeter and resident of Yousufguda, Mohammed Akbaruddin (32) of Amberpet and Mohammed Omer (54) of Filmnagar.

Now I am sure that Karthik and Sruchit are same. If you see the agreement shared by h1base india, you will find the address of Karthik same as Sruchit mentioned in the article.

So now it's clear that this fellow started a company named "Maark oversees" and close it last year after the scam. Now he started h1base india with similar procedure and changed his name!

Mr Azad, , Be calm and cool.. Why too many messages and confusing every one.. As of now no body is getting stamped through H1Base India.. They are entirely cheating.. if you believe or if you paying amount against its at your own risk.. we dont want to comment on this.. We have almost watching this consultant more than 1.5 years lot of fake statements .. lot of promises.. lot of stories.. but still none of them got the visa stamped..

so my better suggestion dont go with this consultant and dont pay anything.. its totally waste of your time waste of your money ...
