I bought Chimney and Gas knov set from Hafele just about a month back and the Gas knob provided to me is of no use and doesn't work.I have recieved a faulty product.I bought it from Amrit Traders in Jagatpuri East Delhi.I am so pissed off with Hafele service.There have been multiple technician visits and is of no use because ignition system of Gas knob is faulty .I want to return the product and get my money back.My mobile no is [protected].
