Burner got damaged nd rusted

I had bought all the appliance in my kitchen of nagold. From the first year of installation it started giving me problem. The burners of the hob got rusted and damaged after using it for 6months, the stand mixer, which I had hardly used, motor got damaged and the service for it is 12k . The chimney is not working properly. Overall all the Hafele product are pathetic ....

Noise issue with my new Aella 90 chimney

Hi,

I purchased a new hob and chimney from a showroom dealing with Hafele products. Attached is the receipt. I went with Aella 90 chimney just for the reason that it has a BLDC motor and noise would supposedly be less as per the dealer. After installing the chimney, I figured out that the noise is not on lower levels as promised by the product and it's in fact a lot more noise than normal. When I checked with the technician...

I bought Chimney curve 60 from Hafele just about 7 months back .I have recieved a faulty product.I bought it from Kohinoor Andheri West.I am so pissed off with Hafele service.There have been multiple technician visits and is of no use because of censor button is faulty. After 50 calls and long trouble they visited and exchanged my product on January 2023, and again the product is having same issue and not resolved...I haven't used this product a single time, I want to return the product and get my money back.
Please resolved my issue as soon as possible
If my problem is not solved, then I will go to the media and play Hafele's band. This is my last warning, otherwise it will not be good. Please take your customer seriously.

    The worst mistake i ever made is to pay for this overpriced piece of appliance. Worst customer service, worst product quality. The gas burner doesn't stay on even after lighting it. I have to hold the burner for at least 5 min so that it can lit the gas. By that time everything is either burnt or cooked.
    They won't give me a replacement thamey won't even make repairs on it.
    Worst decision of my life.

      Door push button was creating problem in opening, Service team came and took the oven to service center and intimated that door lock assembly is broken and it will cost Rs 13000/- to replace the entire panel reason the plastic part broken is permanently attached to the door and is not available as separate assembly.
      Not agreeing on the story we called back the oven and found that the assembly inside was missing and not door push button was free and not opening the oven. On further discussion and negotiation we finally agreed to get the oven repaired . When service team came again to replace the door, I found that the only difference in the old and the new door is a separate assembly which was missing in the old door, which means if only the assembly could be changed the lock would have been operational. And lots of money could have Been saved.

        Purchased 4 Hafele/ Nagold appliances for my new house. Chimeney, Hob, Microwave and Oven purchased from Kohinoor.

        Hob and Microwave has been always an issue. Recently, microwave stopped functioning. After calling service centre, they visited for the charge of rs 475 as it is out of warranty. Which is fine.

        However, they diagnosed with some capacitor need to be replaced, and it would cost rs 4000+. Which was way too much. I did not expect the damage to happen so early. We have used other company microwave and used it for many years without any of such issues.

        If the product cannot stand for 2 year and parts are so costly, then i would not recommend using such high-priced product. Please think before you buy.

            Hafele kitchen Hood CRV 60 Auto purchased from Ankur Electricals on 23rd August 2021 and installed in September 2021. The PCB board was stated to be non functional on 21st October 2021 (within a month of purchase). Even after a week of filing compliant ( # IN_A[protected], we have been only getting calls to get it repaired and no assurance that the new PCB Board will be made available or timeline. It seems that the idea of purchasing Hafele was wrong and there is absolutely no testing done or after sales service. y

            If the org was customer focused they should have replaced the product when they first got to understand that the PCB was faulty. Seems Hafele and Ankur Electricals have some vested interest in fleecing money from customers

                Worst product and service provided by them. We brought almost 2-3 lakhs of the appliances from this company thought of quality would be better but they have given manufacturing defects products or low-quality products. One of item among them was a microwave, its glass got broke with normal once-twice usage per week within 8 months and they are not ready to replace or repair, telling us we have mishandled it, we need to pay for it. What logic Sir to not repair/replace the defective products under warranty.

                    It's barely 3 years and now chimney is not working. What's the point in buying a German product which is so expensive. Service technician simply say PCB has to be changed but how such a fault can happen in just 3 years immediately after the warranty is over.

                        My hob was installed slightly more than a year ago. it was the latest hob by hafele. it has given trouble right from installation. so far service representatives have come to check the defective burners almost 10 times in the last 12 months.
                        i have time and again complained to the service representatives to change the appliance to no avail.

                        these are the chief service representatives but after numerous complaints they seem to have become immune to the situation. twice they have diagnosed gas leaks which are extremely dangerous and thrice they have tried to resort to cleaning the hob to no avail.
                        i am a serving army officer and do not have the wherewithal to discard this expensive appliance and go for a new one. kindly help

                          We got an error in our dishwasher called F10 which the manual stated was cleaning of inlet pipe. We called the service personnel. First they said over the phone that because of Covid19 we could not come. Next call they said that we needed to replace the pc board in the dishwasher which would cost around rs.60000. We said the dishwasher itself cost us around rs.110000 lakh.
                          Without having looked at the machine at home personal visit over the phone they decided the problem and the fees. When we expressed our outrage they said they will reduce the PCB ratebto rs. 25000.
                          We didn't know what to do so we left it there. Suddenly we got a call that a technician named Mr. MANI is on our way home to look at our machine. After a lot of time this inept technician finally cleaned the pipe. After some time he got got a call from Mr. rajesh another technician of Hafele Hafele India to take care of the PCB board and the sensor. He kept repeating PCB board on the phone as the phone was on loudspeaker. After the call mr. MANI again removed the machine from the cabinet and inverted it and I don't know what he did. When we inquired he said that the error was not fixed even though just a while ago he have a demo it was working fine. Then we saw he removed screws from the door and put it in his bag. We thought they were defective screws. After he left we saw the he had replaced only one hole of the screws with a rusted aluminium screws. He had stolen the costly stainless steel screws. Additionally we found that a burning smell was coming from the machine and that the sensors which are extremely expensive were stolen by Mr. Mani on the behest of Mr. Rajesh of Hafele India.
                          When we phoned and asked, Mr. Mani and Mr. RAJESH said that they will return the screws only of we purchase the new PCB board.
                          They ruined our costly machine and are now extorting us to pay for a PCB board when there was nothing wrong with the one on the machine.
                          Sensors are extremely expensive on the market and many devices with sensors have them stolen.
                          Bo matter how much we complained this fraud Company called Hafele and ASKO have not responded. I am contemplating legal action for theft abd willful destruction against Hafele Mr. mani and MrRajesh.

                              After multiple follow up they have sent a service engineer on 4th sep.
                              The guy who came for service is not a technician for chimney. He was service engg for hob only.
                              This guy completely messed the chimney during service.
                              He was not even able to open all the parts that has to be serviced.
                              He lost few bushes that requires chimney to avoid the...

                              defective appliances - service not provided properly

                              We have purchased all 4 appliances from hafele nagold series from dealer kvs granites. Attached is the bill.
                              Sequence of problems we faced:
                              1) first only microwave and oven were installed. On installation, the door of the oven was found to be defective, glass not aligned properly. So, i have asked them to rectify. So, the service people have just done demo on oven, microwave was not done.

                              We had purchased a washing machine from Hafele 2 years ago. This was a high end washing machine in the Nagold series which was at a premium rate as compared to the other machines in the market. It was supposed to last a generation but the washing machine went totally kaputt within 1.5 years of operation. The condition of the machine was so bad that the internal drum had completely been dislocated from the pivot that was holding it down to its base.

                              When we called the Hafele customer support and the technician came to inspect it, we were told that the water is bad in Noida and so the machine has not lasted the time that it is supposed to. That is quite unlikely since we live in a condo complex and there are hundreds of families here that are also using washing machines and these have miraculously lasted them more than 5-7 years-and still going on. Is the Noida water only affecting the Nagold series.

                              Instead of giving any real solution, we were asked to shell out another Rs 30000+ to get the machine fixed. Needless to say, we could have bought a brand new machine in this amount.

                              I found the Hafele customer support really high handed. Given that we trusted this brand enough to purchase a series of items while building our home-this includes most of the appliances-the hob, chimney, hinges, washimng machine-to mention a few things-it of course cost us a bomb-but we were betting on the brand. And we were wrong. Till date, I'm keeping my fingers crossed to how the other appliances would fare. But I'm not recommending Hafele to anyone.

                                I bought hafele nagold appliances in holy offer in 2018 for rs.80, 000 in hafele design studio chennai. Hafele design center employees asked me to write the cheque in the name of their franchise who will handle delivery of appliances.

                                Their franchise is now denying delivery of items i purchased. On reaching out to hafele design studio and also customer service head, hafele customer service head is demanding rs.40, 000 more to hand over my appliances. This is illegal and unethical, can you refund my rs.80, 000 amount.

                                Do not purchase any items from hafele design studio, beware of their unethical customer service.

                                  Have purchased loads of haefele products for a hotel property and after 1 and a half years door locks are malfunctioning and still not working properly. Worst thing is the company does not even care and instead of supporting the product by attending to issues they continue to display to the customers and would be customers the failure of the product while inconveniencing their direct and indirect customers. Just unbelievable.

                                    I have purchased a chimney from one of your distributor (Vinayaka store) in bangalore (On kanakapura road). The dealer did not arranged a outsider (Local worker) to fix the chimney at my house. My house furniture is also been spoiled by the worker.
                                    I was in assumption that the worker is from hafele and is been trained. The chimney is not been fixed properly and it is making sound also.
                                    My multiple calls to your customer care are not been attended and no solution is been provided yet. The complaint (Complaint no - a[protected] is also been closed without any action.

                                    Its really a very poor customer service.. Need this to be corrected asap

                                      I got a hub & chimney from delhi for my mom in jamshedpur. the installation was a great trouble as the Kolkatta head of sales was offended of my purchase from Delhi. the customer support told me the cost of installation was Rs 1000/- whereas Kolkatta team on calling said that i have to pay 2500/-. My designer was leaving so installed the product. Now the gas was leaking and no one was bothered. Instead the the Faber people came and fixed it up as a clam was missing for Rs 250/-. Instead of the apology we are told that the warranty is over as we did self installation. They are basically cheaters in Kolkatta. One of them also claimed that the pipe provided by the Hafele company with the chimney is also not upto the mark for indian users so I should order a new one from him. Bad service... I am really worried.

                                          I have bought la germania gas stove worth 80000. The grill has broken on its own of the middle burner. Complaint to hafele person comes and advised it has happened in just 8 months of purchase and that it is covered under warranty. Wear and tear of product.                                             We had purchased a gas hop of hafele make through their dealer m/s Lavish in february 2009. The gas cylinder consumption started to increase from the day we have been using this hop and a simple cup of tea would take about 25 minutes. When we complained to M/s Lavish they said that we have to complain to Hafele India Pvt Ltd, 4th Floor, JMC House, Bisleri Compound, Western Express Highway, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400099.
                                            The complain was noted in the month of may and their inspection proved that the gas hop was faulty and was promised a replacement within one month time . From that date till today they have been only sending emails of "Sorry for the delay" and not taking any action. The marketing person Mr.Harshal (mobile no [protected]) could only give false promises. We have all their email correspondences in which their maharashtra head Mr.Ganesh Kargutkar (Mob No [protected]) as well as India head Mr.Nilesh dave (Mob No [protected]) has promised to do it as soon as possible but still failed from their commitment. If require i can send you all the email correspondence.
                                            We require your help as the gas expenditure is being a burden on us day by day.
