Purchased 4 Hafele/ Nagold appliances for my new house. Chimeney, Hob, Microwave and Oven purchased from Kohinoor.
Hob and Microwave has been always an issue. Recently, microwave stopped functioning. After calling service centre, they visited for the charge of rs 475 as it is out of warranty. Which is fine.
However, they diagnosed with some capacitor need to be replaced, and it would cost rs 4000+. Which was way too much. I did not expect the damage to happen so early. We have used other company microwave and used it for many years without any of such issues.
If the product cannot stand for 2 year and parts are so costly, then i would not recommend using such high-priced product. Please think before you buy. Was this information helpful? |
