We have raised a service request in_a[protected] on 25th august.
After multiple follow up they have sent a service engineer on 4th sep.
The guy who came for service is not a technician for chimney. He was service engg for hob only.
This guy completely messed the chimney during service.
He was not even able to open all the parts that has to be serviced.
He lost few bushes that requires chimney to avoid the vibration.
We are not able to use this chimney after that.
Hafele and service providers are aware about these issues but not taking the steps to resolve it.

Even after confirming the guy did not come yesterday...
I think you need to change the vendor they do not listen to you guys.

Infact they raised a another ticket yesterday to hide this in efficiency in-a[protected] and hide their delay..
Pls look into this.
