Have purchased loads of haefele products for a hotel property and after 1 and a half years door locks are malfunctioning and still not working properly. Worst thing is the company does not even care and instead of supporting the product by attending to issues they continue to display to the customers and would be customers the failure of the product while inconveniencing their direct and indirect customers.
